“Screen Memory is a new series of paintings that investigate the relationship between mediated images and architecturally remembered space. Each work is based upon fragments of digitally found screen images combined with painterly invention and abstraction. What remains are hybrid spaces that defy traditional perspective while at the same time appear to dissolve like the visual traces of a memory.”
